CPA · Lawyer · PhD in Business Administration · CEO & Chairman of Baker Tilly Israel · Former Chairman of the EMEA Regional Advisory Council of Baker Tilly International · Business Mentor for CEOs & Senior Executives
At age 9, Eyal started washing cars in his neighborhood. By 11, he was running a small business with employees his own age. After military service, he was rejected from every academic institution — and chose to study at the College of Management, where he finished his first year with honors.
At 22.5, he became the youngest senior lecturer in Israel, teaching accounting at the College of Management. At 28, he was already a managing partner of a firm with 50 employees. In his early thirties, he traveled to London with one suit and an A4 page — and was accepted into five of six international networks. He chose Baker Tilly International and built Baker Tilly Israel.
He served as Chairman of the EMEA Regional Advisory Council of Baker Tilly International — the first Israeli to hold a senior position in a major international accounting network, reaching the highest level ever achieved by an Israeli CPA in an international firm.
Baker Tilly Israel is part of Baker Tilly International — one of the top 8 global accounting and advisory networks, operating in 147+ countries with over 34,000 professionals worldwide. Selected by TIME magazine as one of the 1,000 best companies in the world. Ranked among the top 14 accounting firms in Israel by BDI Code.
Eyal believes there is no real separation between the personal and the professional — there is one person. A CEO who isn't sleeping because of problems at home will bring that to the boardroom. A leader who avoids a personal conflict will also delay a painful business decision.
That's why his mentoring is holistic — examining the executive as a whole person, with everything they bring to the session. He works with leaders who are ready to see the truth and act on it. Who are willing to challenge their assumptions. Who want to do the real work.
